As a guarantee of quality, we only work with qualified, professional translators working into their mother tongue. This guarantees that the final product will be accurate, sound natural and be appropriate for its intended audience. We use translation technology to ensure consistency of terminology, but we never use automated (‘machine’) translation.

Our translation process includes, by default:

• translation into the relevant language by a qualified mother-tongue translator with relevant commercial or technical experience

• independent proof-reading and revision by a second qualified mother-tongue translator

• resolution of any translation-related issues, to the satisfaction of everyone in the team, involving a third qualified mother-tongue translator where necessary

• final independent QA of the finished text by Languages Today prior to delivery to you.

In addition, we are also happy to provide proofreading and editing services for existing texts and documents.
